==Basic Info== The snare trap is a re-usable trap that can be used on medium sized animals. If the trap is placed on a common animal route it does not require baiting to regularly catch animals like armadillo, capybara, peccary and tapir. A well placed trap is an effective way to ensure a constant source of Protein. When an animal is caught in the snare trap the player will need to cut it down. Once the animal drops to the ground, the player will have the option to pick up the animal if caught alive. The player can then either carry the living animal to the animal pen or kill the animal by hitting it with a weapon while it is still lying on the ground. Once the animal is dead the option to harvest can be selected. ==Building== Snare Trap ==Location== Blueprints can be found at the following location: *Elevator Cave The blueprint for the snare trap in Spirits of Amazonia game mode can be found: * On the east shore of the waterfalls and river system which lies east of Mu'agi Village, close to a Waraha camp. The exact location is 38W 37S (between big rock boulders above the waterfalls) ==Trivia== During the Animal Husbandry hotfix update v.2.3.1, the snare trap could now be used to catch 3 species of living animals, the capybara, peccary and tapir. ==Gallery== <gallery mode="nolines" widths="300" heights="180"> File:Peccary in snare trap.jpg|Peccary in a snare trap </gallery> == Update History == {| class="wikitable" |- !
