Tinder are combustible items in Green Hell.

Basic Info

Tinder, also known as kindling is a combustible material used to ignite fires. They have to be used with a fire starting tool such as the Hand Drill or Tribal Firestarter. The friction created by the fire starting tool will cause the tinder to burst into flames. The flaming embers of the tinder can then be used to light a fire.

Tinder can be collected or made by the player. There are three different types of tinder in Green Hell.

• Bird Nest can be used as tinder, they can be found on fallen trees.

• Dry Leaf is found by cutting down large plants that have dry brown leaves. It can also be made by waiting for small leaf piles to dry.

• Fibers can be made by harvesting herbs.
